Haley Donovan is a graduate of the Munk School of Global Affairs and Asian Institute, University of Toronto. She has international career experience in the public and private sectors, working for the Embassy of the Republic of Malta in Beijing, China, and interning with the Canada China Business Council’s Beijing branch. She has also worked as Vice President of Market Research at North American Ecosystem Institute where she led a team conducting industry research for Canadian companies expanding to China and vice versa. Haley holds a Bachelor of Global and International Studies with a specialization in Global Politics from Carleton University. She has an Intensive Mandarin Language Certificate from Nanjing University of the Arts.
